What is the bloodiest fight in UFC history?

I want to make something clear for all MMA fans. For everyone who sees a bloody fight and insists that whatever fight they saw was the worst. For the people who think Penn/Stevenson was the bloodiest war in UFC history. On Monday October 3, 2005 at UFC Fight Night 2, Jonathan "The Road Warrior" Goulet went to war w/ Jay "The Thoroughbred" Hieron and what ensued was the biggest bloodbath the UFC has ever seen since.

Came to say this, their was an Edwin Dewees fight on TUF that was probably the bloodiest I've ever seen, only watched live though so it might not be as bad as I remembered but I seem to recall his head leaking like a faucet all over his opponent's face.

Also GSP vs Condit as an honorable mention.
