legal or not legal I dont care,Ive lost already 30-35lbs and I'm some what @ a plateau.Sooo some one tell me what the BEST weightloss or cutting suppliment is.I'm around 175 and still chunky looking for about another 20lbs

175 and chunky? Are you 5'4?

Lift weights and eat right. Sounds like you don't know what you're doing.

im 5"11 just chub that doesnt want to go away.I eat ok and work out alot.anyways great answer.Anyone have a suggestion more along the lines i was asking for

well, you said you eat ok. why not eat great first? and lift weights? how did you lose the initial weight?

just being active,im an ammature fighter and i work out 4-5 days a week with jiu jitsu/muay thai and do cardio/lifthing on the side.Just a pesky few lbs that dont want to come off.Either way im looking for suppliments to go with my current work out/diet.Not trying to get into the why dont you do this sort of thing.

Well the best supplement is hard work, fat burners are bullshit.

Give more detail on your diet and training and we'll go from there.

Could be that your intensity isn't there, could be that you've been doing the same old shit for too long and have plateaued.

Don't look for the easy way out.

I think I"ve seen KK mention San Tight. I don't think he said it works great or anything like that, but of all the ones out there, this seemed to be at the top.

I think a lot of guys also mention the ECA stack, though I'm not sure what E they stack with :) I know it used to be Ephedrine, but not sure if that's still it.

tight is good, but good hard dieting and exercise is the best.

What is your current diet and training look like.

Wise words, I'd say more cardio and peak eating...switch it up so you body gets surprised via your training and eat real real clean.

Good luck man!

Best thing to do is mix it up, training wise, as well as rejigging your diet a bit. Altering your eating habits even slightly will probably make more of a difference than you'd imagine.
