It´s a "Jovem Fla" [young fla] flag. It´s from a hooligan "firm" of Flamengo (most popular soccer team in Brazil). Aldo is a member.

They are known for being very violent, assaulting and stealing from people near/outside stadiums. Along with "Força Jovem" from the team Vasco (flamengo´s main rival - Jon Jones used a jersey from Vasco and Mendes as well) they are the two worst most violent "firms" in Rio and two of the most violent of Brazil.
