I think he is about 6' 180ish. He looks bigger because he did a lot of bodybuilding as a teenager.

He rehydrated to 183lbs when he would cut to 155lbs, he's probably 190-195lbs currently, the guy is in shape year round.

Yea the only one I ever remember reading about was Yates, and he had problems walking barefooted when he was at his lowest.
