What is it that Takada says during the opening ceremonies?

Seems to be the same line in Rizin and back in Pride. Guessing it's some sort of opening declaration, but does anyone know the actual translation?

I think that's pretty great. I had guessed it was some sort of formal "event begin" type of thing but that works even better.
