On AMC Pankration s website, they have a sample instructor test, which asks what the concept of Dutch cross-fighting is. I have also seen this in reference to a Chute Boxe training method. Does anyone know what this means?
It means generally after a jab you throw a right kick (orthodox) or after a right cross a left kick. See how you CROSS the body left to right - right to left it works pretty well and you can come up with far more complicated combos than what I listed.
