What is considered on topic for the UFC discussion forum?

I've read the stickied rules and they don't seem to apply. Threads get moved or wastelanded regardless of whether they follow the rules or not. Making on topic threads is extremely easy in every other sub forum. Can the rules here be expanded upon to make it easier to post?
