Most people would find out via actual news outlets or friends, but in this day and age I find myself finding out most things on Facebook.

Has Sherdog ever been your first source of some shit going down?

Ever feel kind of bad finding out something major in a weird way?

I actually found out Michael Jackson died playing a totally obscure online game called "Well of Souls"

I then got to turn on CNN in time to see Wolf Blitzer sadly announce the passing, and it was weird cause he was super choked up ... like they were best friends or something.

I remember finding out that Heath Ledger died on here back in the day. The news broke, and the story was getting followed, and like 10 different people made 'Heath Ledger Dead!' threads. So I made a thread, titled 'Heath Ledger: ALIVE!'. And then when you clicked on it, the entirety of the post was: "... but not." Got teh dubz. Ah, memories.
