And they came out with diaz vs edgar or diaz vs aldo. Would a win by one of them besides diaz push them into somewhat star level.(small guy doing what mcgregor couldnt)

I thought they were and just confused nate for nick anyways. Have you read the facebook comments on nates viral videos? The interchangeableness of their names is hilarious and the casual fans and the general person dont know the difference between the two.

I don't see why either guy would take a fight higher than their weight division. Risking injury, and possibly losing a shot in the process. For a fight that makes ZERO sense.

Mcgregor just won the belt. About to fight rda. He gets hurt fights diaz . Takes the L. Then asks for a rematch. Why would he take the fight in the higher weightclass 170 lol? When it makes sense for the division instead he should be defending his belt . What sense does this make? Zero? But Way to be a buzzkill . What if they took this fight for fun. Something special . Someone moving up to fight someone popular and for a Larger amount of money?

Edgar would probably take a decision against Diaz but Aldo does get tired in the later rounds so Diaz might be able to take a late finish over him

Edgar would beat Nate pretty easily IMO. Unless Nate has greatly improved his TDD. And yes beating Nate would help him a lot; the UFC couldn't hide Conor from him any longer.
