There really should be mandatory replacements for title fights.

In case DC pulls out: Volkov steps in and fights Stipe for HW title
In case Stipe pulls out: Gus steps in and fights DC for LHW title

Would be unfair to the guy who doesn't pull out, though. If DC pulls out then Stipe has to fight Volkov, who he hasn't been training for. While Volkov has been training the whole time for Stipe just in case.

Probably not the best option in retrospect.
