We all know GOAT has raving hordes of fans and probably just as much raving hordes of haters in equal amounts because he's polarizing to say the least.
But It seems the hate never extends to the fact that he's from Ireland because that would be stupid and uncalled for. Most would agree.
But I can't help but wonder if Conrado Machado his tanned South American counterpart would even garner any fans outside of Brazil if he acted as over the top arrogant/cavalier as GOAT as his schtick not unlike GOAT.
Where ever GOAT fights in America he would be equal parts loved and equal parts hated.
Would America - home of UFC - even warm up to Conrado Machado like a lot of America would be to GOAT or their Nationalist bent (however stupid) would make him out to be hated by most of America a la Belfort?
