Large mammals experience a delay between nerve firing and muscle movement that is more than 15 times longer than small mammals.
That's why, even though they are super strong, large beasts like King Kong and Godzilla move slow. Like it takes them a long time to throw a punch compared to Mike Tyson. Because of nerve firing and muscle delay. And I'm guessing at some point laws of physics and stuff dictate that they can't really be snappy in their movements just due to the sheer mass involved.
But imagine if Godzilla could zip around like a gecko. With like no delay in movement and that kind of instantaneous fuckin just like *boom* now I'm over here bitch that'd be some scary shit.
