I my opinion, in no particular order

All Lesnar fights
Jones vs Evans
Silva ns Sonnen II
Forrest vs Rampage
Forrest vs Evans
Hughes vs BJ II
BJ vs GSP
GSP vs Shields
Rampage vs Evans

I wasn't a MMA fan during the Chuck\Randy\Tito days so I'm not really sure about any of their fights

BJ vs GSP 2 was probably the most hyped fight in UFC history.

Chuck vs Wandy hype was pretty intense
GSP vs Serra 2 hype was underrated

But I would have to go with Lesnar vs Mir 2

Silva/Sonnen II has to be up there.

Silva vs Sonnen 2. The hype was unreal.

and Penn/Macdonald. So disappointing.

Chuck vs. Wanderlei and it actually delivered. That's my all time favorite fight.

Chuck VS Tito, Chuck Vs Randy 1 and 2, and Chuck vs Wand were all right up there too

Most of Chucks fight were hyped to the max. Him vs Randy and Tito were pretty memorable.

Rousey/Liz

Beat me to it. I have nothing against her and she's a great fighter, but the amount of hype warranted or not is too much. If the UFC put that much muscle into all of their champs then GSP, Jones, and Silva would be drawing between 685k to 1 million a fight.

Tito vs Ken shamrock

That fight was such a big deal that ESPN actually marketed/promoted/talked about it on a daily basis (and this was in freakin 2002......... :icon_surp )

All things considered that was probably the most hyped event ever (given the time period/era).
