He’ll always be a one hit wonder.
Nah. When he was climbing the rankings he looked fucking awesome in his fights. Incredibly strong and brutal in his wrestling. He’ll always be a one hit wonder.
I’m a Weidman fan, but IIRC he had the T-levels of a 76 year old woman for the Belfort fight and USADA... phucking up the sport we love.
that got 2 hits on said wonder then defended numerous times? He’ll always be a one hit wonder.
What changed in his performances pre to post USADA?Was going to say this same thing. I'm a fan of his, but it's hard to ignore the USADA factor.
He looks absolutely fine. Fighters don't stay in weight cutting shape in between fights; especially if they've had surgery.
People on here have no idea what goes into training, and preparing to fight. Fantasy land. If a fighter doesn't look emaciated between fights he's considered out of shape.
Nah. Cheaters never proper. GOATs get recognized as GOATs and not cheats, forever. Keep sympathising for cheaters to reflect your propensity to cheating perhaps in life. Keep it out of MMA though.Juice should be legal in MMA. Japanese knew how to do it.

Well.
1. Weidman's physique hasn't changed.Until steroid testing became more stringent
Now he’s a step above a can
1. Weidman's physique hasn't changed.
2. You don't know if he was on steroids.
3. Just because there's stricter testing doesn't mean fighters aren't still using steroids. You can stop using steroids long before testing, and still maintain most of the gains. Failed tests are a matter of personal dependency, and trying to testing how much you can get away with.
Weidman's losses are due to him fighting different fighters, and ones that are close in skill level to him. To call a man who demolished Gastelum, who some people seem to think is champion material (not a chance), one step above a can is not a serious comment.
I'm not in love with Weidman, but he's still in the hunt, and he's a dangerous fighter. He can beat any of the challengers for the title.
Not impressive against Machida.... k. lolChris hasn't been impressive since he beat Anderson. Which tells me the universe works in mysterious ways.
Somehow Brendan Schaub is a millionaire. Weird weird world
Not impressive against Machida.... k. lol
Schooled Gastelum like nobody else has...... terrible.. just terrible.
Must be nice living in that fantasy world of yours.Nah. Cheaters never proper. GOATs get recognized as GOATs and not cheats, forever. Keep sympathising for cheaters to reflect your propensity to cheating perhaps in life. Keep it out of MMA though.
USADA bless!
True MMA wins.
He finished Gastelum. Show that part. Show me who else has done that to Gastelum.
100% agree.Juice should be legal in MMA. Japanese knew how to do it.
