I'm sure this is a repost, but try typing cutting weight into the search function. And spare me your instant find. Anyways, I have a bjj tourney tomorrow and had to cut almost 10 pounds. Most of it today. I'm starving right now, but I my weight fluctuates like a woman on her period. What can I eat and not have to worry about waking up over weight tomorrow morning. Thanks for any help gentlemen.
