What does your diet look it?

For the most part (4-6 days a week) I eat:

11am - 2pm:
* 2-4 eggs
* 1-2 handfuls of mixed vegetables
* 1-3 packets of moroheiya noodles (low salt ver)
Fry the lot together with extra virgin olive oil once the noodles have boiled.
If I'm sick of that meal I will sometimes steam salmon + broccoli and also have sweet potato with a small amount of butter.

5pm - 7pm:
* approx 1 cup of Oats, cooked in water
* 2 large Bananas diced in
* sometimes a small tub of yoghurt mixed in

Randomly during day:
* a diced up mango or pineapple

This is most of the time lately, I've been losing weight, but once every 4-5 days I go completely off the rails and go to 2-3 restaurants during one day.
Pasta, steak, maybe pizza, desserts etc.

Trying to figure out how to get myself to stick more thoroughly to the simple diet.
They

Don't eat oats. Don't eat pineapple. Don't eat noodles. Garbage carbs are just processed as sugar.

What would you say is the typical "healthy" Italian diet?
more fish to begin with, but fuck fish tbh

Wheat and dairy stuff, vegetables, fish, chicken/bovine meat over pig one

On general all italian food is good, problem with fatasses is more "cultural" than diet related, specially in the south

Absolutely nothing but coffee and water until I get off work at 3pm

then more coffee and a load of biscuits.

then about 9pm I get about 150g of protein in.
5g of creatine every day
Two fish oil
ZMA at bed time
About 3 litre of water.

it ain’t pretty but I’m old as fuck and I’ve got abs.

that’s in the week diet anyway, weekends are for whatever.

You neeed to change it up more with more variety to keep from going off the rails, stay simple and clean but more changes imo

it looks like you’re not getting enough protein. You’re going to lose muscle as well as fat.

I usually switch it up every 3 months or so but keep it fairly simple.

Over the summer it was whole grain cereal or eggs for breakfast. Salad for lunch. Basic protein/starch/veggie mix for dinner.

I just had some oral surgery and can't have solid foods for a couple weeks so I invested in a nice blender and have been making smoothies, using mostly fresh or frozen fruits, greek yogurt, peanut butter, and whole grain oats. Will probably try to keep that up through the winter.

Typical day when I’m not cheating or time constrained.

breakfast:cup Greek yogurt, protein bar
Lunch:ham turkey cheese deli sandwich
Dinner: chicken, pork or steak with vegetables and or a small pasta.

Today I had a burger for lunch with some popcorn

Dinner was roast duck, broccoli, bok choy, bitter melon, rice, lotus root soup, half an apple for dessert

3 pancakes for late night snack

Todays eats.

Breakfast: Kit Kat, Magnum ice cream bar, flamin hot Cheetos Limon

Lunch: Mushroom Swiss Burger and fries dipped in ranch. I ordered from Uber Eats

Dinner: Super bowl of Pho (no tendon and no tripe) I ordered from Door Dash

Oh and a grapefruit between lunch and dinner cause I was feeling ‘heavy’.

Diet starts tomorrow.... like always.

Holy shit i must go on water and biscuits diet

I stick to low carb during the week and eat what I want on weekends. I also do intermittent fasting. 2pm-10pm is my feeding window.
  • 2pm: usually start w some watermelon (good for boners too ;)), then have some meat (pork, steak, chicken...) and veggie (broccoli, kale...)
  • On days I do 2 workouts, I eat a cup of oatmeal around 430.
  • Dinner is usually around 830-900: I have a 3 egg omelette w some veggies & cheese, an avocado, and some fish (tilapia, salmon)
If on a random Monday night I feel like a L pizza all to myself, I go for it and just make up for it the next day. It's about finding balance rather than living life on restrictions.
