For the most part (4-6 days a week) I eat:

    11am - 2pm:
    * 2-4 eggs
    * 1-2 handfuls of mixed vegetables
    * 1-3 packets of moroheiya noodles (low salt ver)
Fry the lot together with extra virgin olive oil once the noodles have boiled.
If I'm sick of that meal I will sometimes steam salmon + broccoli and also have sweet potato with a small amount of butter.

    5pm - 7pm:
    * approx 1 cup of Oats, cooked in water
    * 2 large Bananas diced in
    * sometimes a small tub of yoghurt mixed in

    Randomly during day:
    * a diced up mango or pineapple

This is most of the time lately, I've been losing weight, but once every 4-5 days I go completely off the rails and go to 2-3 restaurants during one day.
Pasta, steak, maybe pizza, desserts etc.

Trying to figure out how to get myself to stick more thoroughly to the simple diet.

Thats a shit diet for trying to lose weight TS.

You're basically starving your body, which will do the exact opposite of what you want. Your body goes into calorie conservation mode, and stores calories as fat. It slows down your metabolism to boot.

    Whatever i want twice daily..

It's hard to hit too many calories on 2 meals with a somewhat ok lifting schedule..

Thankfully food is very low on my scale of needs and therefore easy to compromise with..

It's been fairly disgusting recently... And by that, I only mean I'm disgusted with myself. The food is fucking delicious.

Today alone I had Carne Asada fries and the greasiest fish and chips I've ever had. Who knows what tomorrow will bring... The world is my oyster!

Once I discovered Doordash, my abs took an indefinite hiatus.

You can get carne asada fries in Seattle? Nice. :)

Here on the East Coast, haven't had the pleasure myself...

I was shocked as well, Man. It took a little while to find a place that does them correctly, but I sniffed it out (Pun intended)

Take the dive and get some tomorrow, I promise you won't be disappointed!

1 cup of oats, 2 bananas, and yogurt!? Geeze.

Try eating 1/2 cup of oats, 1 banana, and peanut butter midday.

Then you may want some fruit or a light snack before dinner. By the time dinner comes around, it's not going to be as heavy, and your body isn't forced to burn off so many carbs while at rest in the evening.

Narrow the window for eating from 12 pm to 6 pm, and drink plenty of water when you are not eating.

You will feel fuller for longer while lowering your calorie intake.

I'd be shocked if I could find a place here in Boston that does them, but if I find one, for sure...

In the morning, toast, bacon rashers, two sausages, two egg, tomatoes and a coffee.

In the afternoon? It depends on what my partner thinks about...

Pretty damn good, for the most part.
Modified Paleo Guy... prolly less paleo & more Atkins ish to be honest for last year or so.

I’m time restricted eating 20/4 or 18/6 (4 to 6 hours at night I eat dinner & a post booze pre crash snack)
I still eat a lot doing this significantly leaner w/out having to workout as much or count calories.

Ideal meal (not my typical meal btw) would be something like this or variations of from different cuisines.
