For the most part (4-6 days a week) I eat: 11am - 2pm: * 2-4 eggs * 1-2 handfuls of mixed vegetables * 1-3 packets of moroheiya noodles (low salt ver) Fry the lot together with extra virgin olive oil once the noodles have boiled. If I'm sick of that meal I will sometimes steam salmon + broccoli and also have sweet potato with a small amount of butter. 5pm - 7pm: * approx 1 cup of Oats, cooked in water * 2 large Bananas diced in * sometimes a small tub of yoghurt mixed in Randomly during day: * a diced up mango or pineapple This is most of the time lately, I've been losing weight, but once every 4-5 days I go completely off the rails and go to 2-3 restaurants during one day. Pasta, steak, maybe pizza, desserts etc. Trying to figure out how to get myself to stick more thoroughly to the simple diet.
