Was gonna post in the nutrition dieting section but thought this was better.

I mean I usually only need oil or something when Im cooking eggs or sometimes some meats.
I always have organic olive oil, butter, and some other oils on hand

which is healthiest?

Make sure your pan is hot. That makes a huge difference. Lots of times food sticks because you are trying to flip it to early.

Been using peanut oil because it has the highest flash point.

Nothing. Do not stick on my pan it is new one

My bitches cook with olive oil but use non stick cookware

Not vegetable oil that's for damn sure.

Butter. Coconut oil. Olive oil. Those three I use.

If you are going to cook eggs and are having bacon, cook the eggs right in the bacon grease.

Olive oil is healthy and my go to.

For eggs, either butter or vegetable oil in a nonstick or cast iron pan.

i usually use sunflower seed oi or rapeseed oil (lol i know). like another poster mentioned make sure the pan/wok/etc is hot before you add the item you want cooked. Actually it is really good advice because this is a good wy to sauté some spices to cook in making it much more delicious. a win win right?

Lecithin. It's the active ingredient in PAM non stick spray.

Depends entirely on what you're cooking, and how.

Rapeseed oil, olive has a low smoke point and feels greaser.

Duck fat, lard, olive oil, peanut oil, grape seed, rice bran, butter it just depends on what im cooking

Anything but canola

Someone told me cooking with olive oil is very unhealthy due to change in its chemical properties with high heat. Its only healthy when its tossed in a salad or something like that.
