What do you throw while moving to your right (ortho-stance)?

In sparring it has become apparent that my footwork is a little smoother than many others, so I can get my opponents into some trouble by circling to my right (in an orthodox stance) as opposed to the easier circling to my left. However, it's still a little awkward and I"m a little unclear as to what to throw while moving in this direction. Obviously I "can" throw anything, but what is more open/advantageous? Any tips?

When in doubt, jab.

Otherwise, pretty much anything. The 1-2. A left hook. Fake the jab, come in with an overhand right. Up to you.

I like to throw a left hook or left leg kick while moving to the right in sparing. Or just like Shoalin said "when in doubt, jab".

just like shaolin said when in doubt jab

BUT, personally, when im circling to the right, and im looking for a ko punch, i try to set up my left hook because my momentum is going with it

Right leg kick. I think Chuck does this a lot; slow right-left step and then snap it as soon as your left foot hits.

Im tempted to say use the search function, but you could just use the scroll function

I liked the one, two and then a left uppercut. That all depended upon me being able to have the distanced closed and my lead foot inside his lead foot. Always followed that with a cross and then another combo.

If your opponent starts pressing you with jabs or a straight right, you can duck and at the same time step forward with your right foot (so you're in southpaw stance) and immediately rip a left hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head. You're opponent will now be to your left. When you turn left you'll be back in orthodox fighting stance.

A variation of this is to throw a right uppercut while you step forward with your right (while ducking his jabs). Now you're in good position to throw the left hooks with power from a southpaw stance. This is called a "shift" or the "Fitzsimmons Shift." It's sneaky and extremely effective.

Ask your trainer maybe? Shit man just punch and don't think so much about it. A jab is always a good way to start then just let it flow.

i like to switch to southpaw and hit a triple jab combo when steping to my right every now and then
