Well seeing as most people will likely be getting hungover tomorrow morning I thought it was as apt a time as any to ask: what do you use to prevent or cure a hangover? I've personally tried milk thistle tablets but I think I drink too much to notice the effects from them. I have friends who swear by them though. I've also heard n-acetyl cysteine tablets work pretty well and I'm planning on giving them a go. As for when a hangover has already kicked in, I like to eat eggs and bananas (as apparently they do something to help) and also have a smoothie whilst drinking water all day. I'm hoping to hear some miracle cures here Mayberry, so share your wisdom.
