Personally, I used to supplement with protein, ammino s and creatine in the past when I used to lift. Nowadays I take multivitamins, fish oil, vitamin d3 and I've been experimenting with Move-free joint supplement ( been working pretty well, although I'm pretty sure the target audience for this are old folks). This has been working OK for me, but I still feel worn down (i do eat a balanced diet). I'm really curious about what you guys use (especially competitors) to make things easier on the body. Or if you see glaring issues with what I use, please let me know.
