and how did you feel, what did you experience, what changes were there?

    1. Vegan, for a short period (fruits, vegetables, potatoes, rice)
    - bad: lost muscle mass
    - bad: felt woozy sometimes
    - bad: lack of sex drive
    - good: my stomach felt much better

    2. Low carb, also for a short period (meat, eggs, greek yoghurt, some vegetables)
    - bad: lost muscle mass
    - bad: constipated
    - bad: brain fog
    - bad: I would have sacrificed babies for some baked potatoes, pasta or a good bread
    - good: even constipated, I didn't feel bloated at all

I basically did no carbs (other than oatmeal for breakfast) and no sugar during the week, weekends I'd eat a bit of crap but not much. Coupled with exercise classes 3 nights a week it worked really well, lost like 60 pounds in a year.

  3. I've done a diet where I didn't eat carbs except for fruit. So basically ate just meat and fruit. I lost a bit of weight and shits were good.
Did another diet where I was almost vegetarian except for occasional fish (meat maybe one a week). Lot of vegetables and fruit. Not a lot of grains. Lost a lot of weight despite feeling like I ate a ton.

Tried the atkins diet which was pretty worthless. These days i avoid sweet things, crisps(chips to Americans) and anything that is high in calories.

Started IF for competitions back in 2013. Would do it sporadically for comps.

Romania? I kind of assumed everyone in your country was on a 24/7 diet from being poor.

tried vegetarian, or actually just no meat, for a month on a bet. felt weak and hungry all the fucking time.
tried keto a few times to lose weight - after ketosis kicks in and your body adapts, it feels great, dont have any usual drawbacks, like headaches, lethargy, carb cravings.

    Keto.

Worked great. Lost 36 pounds in just a few months. Currently just maintaining weight eating low carb and I really enjoy it.

Lot's of protein. I don't drink and I don't due drugs. This allows me to eat whatever I want. I got a metabolism like wood burning stove! Gotta have more fuel!

Some of them, yeah! And mostly those in rural areas. Not 24/7 Africa style though, but povery to extreme poverty.
In the big cities, the malls and the fast food industry have enough clients.

I just cut back Eat the same just less. As I age and shit slows down I eat a little less. At this rate I may just eat a fry a day when I'm 80

I've tried wheat free, and dairy free. That was done mainly for stomach health. Now I'm just pork free due to pork allergy issues.

I was on a Gin Tonic and Insomnia diet for like 3 days once. I looked like a heroin addict after that.

Even though I dont feel the need of a diet, I've tried the zero sugar addition diet for a couple of months.

Felt sad and fatigued, I'm probably addicted to sugar.

I feel good eating low carb. While eating Keto, I felt fucking incredible. I would wake up fully refreshed after 5 or 6 hours sleep. I've tried and tried but cannot get that incredible feeling again.
