-That he has best mma wrestling
-That you need to be taller and have bigger reach to beat him
-he beats guys at their game
Is he p4p best? How do you see rematch with gus going?

I think he proved a few things

1- That having better wrestling credentials doesn't mean you can outwrestle Jon Jones

2- That staying at range with Jones is deadly

3- That trying to out clinch Jones is almost as bad

4- That Jones will probably only be beat by time, random KO, or submission at LHW

    Pretty much this.

Respect to Cormier, though. He did better in the clinch with Jones than I expected, though he still lost the clinch fight.

His body shots were excellent, he landed some brutal knees And punches, I think it was a left hook to the body that looked like it really hurt.

True but a lot of people still believed that he could not match DC's wrestling because he was an Olympian as opposed a division 1 All-American or NCAA champion. Now short of some other Olympian coming along that won a medal no one will ever doubt that Jones will match or outwrestle his opponents at LHW.

Well ive always said he would run thru the HW division and only have trouble with the very best. So i guess he proved that.

He proved that he could squeak out a decision against a guy who's in his mid 30's with only 15 fights.

You didn't see the Gustafsson fight? I don't think you can make that assertion with that in mind.

Jones will keep the distance. A counter striker may do better than keeping the constant pressure

Give me a break, Gus won a couple of close uneventful rounds and then got his ass beat in the last two.

The fact that jones hurt his leg kicking the crap out of gus, and got a fat lip (something my 3yo has done to me), doesn't prove anything.

Yeah I saw the fight and it was very close but I felt Jones won. However, in a rematch I don't think it will be close again. Jones said he took Gus lightly the first time and I also think Jones is better now than he was when he fought Gus. Certainly there's always the chance Gus could get a random KO, but I expect if they fight again Jones will dominate him maybe even finish him.

This is what Machida looked like after training with Seagal for Jones:

Yes winning 4rnds to 1 on all judges score cards is squeaking out a Decision. I know being partial or unbiased has never squeaked out of you

The only way Jones gets beat at this point is if Cain or JDS drops to LHW. Going out on a limb with JDS.
