what could replace the heavy bag?

I know nothing could actually replace it, but it's going to be impossible for me to get one where i'll be in the next couple of years. Are there any exercises that could at least partially make up for this?

well if you have a buddy or just some other guy who like to throw punches now and then you could pack some focus mits pretty easy and do that. For kicks you would need better and bigger pads, but would also be smaller then a punching bag.

this is kind of grouse but if you ever watch deadliest warrior on spike they say a pig is most similar to a human, so just buy a pig and hang that in your room. when your done kicking it you can have a nice dinner.
