What are your thoughts on Ed Herman?

I saw him fight in Portland Oregon. He injured his knee in the fight. He showed a lot of heart and that was true of his career.
He's no different than a ton of fighters. He can hang around for a little while longer. He can make some money. He's going to do a ton of damage to his body. He will never be a contender again.

But I'm sure he has no idea what to do if he retires

He's in a weird position in the UFC. He is just kind of there. He's had a long career, but he hasn't done anything substantial. He's had great stoppage & submissions wins, but he looks like he's sleepwalking when he's fighting. What are your thoughts on Ed Herman?

P.S. that Krylov KO has crazy! Perfect head kick! I hope Herman is okay though. He's durable.

Ed Herman was always a strong guy - strong willed.

It looked like he was getting his shit together, but at a point, I guess we all have to accept that talent matters. And Herman is slow. He's ploddes (?) forward in most of his fights...

He can still make for fun fights (which was always the point in his fights). We'll see. But long story short, decent fighter. Scrappy.
