I'm looking for video podcasts that offer me lessons concerning both stand-up and grappling. I'll post one in the Stand-Up forum to get the regulars there.
I've been watching plenty of Youtube vids and clicking links from Sherdog threads about "techniques." So far, it seems like podcasts are the most updated and high quality of any current free options.
Although I am focusing on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for my ground game, I wouldn't mind watching other forms are martial arts. Videos on technique and mechanics, form and stance, or fights to review and learn from are all welcome.
BJJ Legends Magazine is just interviews, so I don't recommend that for applying to your own training.
