I generally lean towards the old Shrapnel /Mercyful Fate / Uli Roth / Malmsteen / Rhoades / etc etc both in listening and playing, but goddamn if these aren't some of the tastiest licks laid to vinyl.
Got to see them a few years back when they came down to Sac, and they were still tight as hell.
