What are they called? sorta BJJ/grappling KATA?

IIRC Frodo was a fan. it is not chains, more inclusive somehow

may have been mostly no gi stuff. can't remember which grappler who put them out(may even have been a catch guy)

Although, she is a Pan Am Gold Medalist, US National Absolute champ, and 2007 ADCC Competitor.
 
They are called lockflows.

are there any sort of lockflow that involves both dudes?

I could see it be good for sorta warmup drills

a simple would be, A does a guardpass into mount - B bridges into guard does guardpass into mount - etc etc

only with more steps
