There should be tests done to see who is competent when it comes to scoring MMA. It seems a lot of times these people aren't even fans, so how are they allowed to judge fights?

There should be an MMA written test that these people have to take before being allowed to become judges.

With questions about technique. For example how do you escape mount, how do you defend a single leg, how do you defend a RNC, what is a proper striking counter to a right cross as a southpaw, etc.

The judges should at least have an MMA background before being allowed to judge fights and they should be held to a certain standard.

Tie your shoelaces, you need to be able to do a double knot though, they won't let just anyone be a judge.

"Me! Me! Pick me, teacher! Pick me!"--random preschoolers who qualify. Some may already be too corrupt. Caught betting on tetherball games for juice boxes.

Rogan smokes like 1 joint a day.

He talks about it way more than he smokes it.

Just a UFC Fight Pass subscription I believe, then they send emails out at random if you have been selected.

You must be able to play fortnite while judging a fight. Multitasking is a must.

Judging today is outdated, but it's still used because unlike other sports we can't see a clear winner with goals or points scored. I would for one like to have a counter at all times where we can see significant strikes, takedowns, knockdowns and octagon control being updated in real-time while the fight is ongoing. But the counters are up all the time in the corner. So after each round, we all have numbers to go on but we can see how significant they actually are when they happen. I also want the judges to be clear before on what they value the most. Because even tho significant strikes are supposed to be more important than octagon control, there are still judges now that value Octagon control more and that the winning fighter is the one controlling the octagon whilst others are very biased towards wrestlers and their takedowns and others don't like it at all and rather think that a fight is only capable of having on the feet etc. We are truly overrating these dumb judges and we should start to take their decisions less seriously. There were many bad calls on numerous fights Saturday night.

For one that Giles won the 1st round against Krause. If you have it that way then you should not judge a fight. Guess which judge thought that Giles won the 1st round against Krause? Joe Soliz who thought Jones won 4 rounds LOL. Not only did he give Jones 4 rounds. But he also gave Ewell all three rounds against Martinez.
