What are the chances of India producing a high level fighter that can become the UFC champion?

I did a bit of digging and its not looking good for the whole region. The top 4 worst performers in Olympics(countries with Large population were considered)

CountryPopulation (millions)Olympic MedalsAppearancesMedals per Million
Bangladesh175070
DR Congo1060120
India150041260.027
Pakistan24611180.045
Not hard to imagine an Indian female winning a UFC belt.

I want to see legions of dhalsim lanklets running around like a bunch of 135lb Stephan Struves

with the advent of genetic editing and maybe a eugenics program it is possible. A country that large must also have some outliers in more marginal communities. But genetically they are at a disadvantage. Or if they come up with the most advanced doping program

You would think with a population that big the law of big numbers would kick in, but I don't think they have the culture for it.

Next to zero, as long as Americans, Brazilians or Russians (both Slavs and Caucasians) are competing.

Some nations are built for battle, some are not. These are just facts.

They can’t even run a drive thru window or win Olympic medals despite their massive population. There’s a reason for that and it’s quality over quantity.

You’ll never see Indians take over MMA or really any sport. They sure are taking over Canada though poorly and mostly just on our low wage jobs.
???

Fedor's win over Jaideep Singh was the one that put him at GOAT status
