What are the best fighters resume since USADA took over

Conor won two belts since USADA. So it's not even close. Has to be him.

Khabib, undefeated before, undefeated after.

Agreed.

Whitaker is a stud and doesn't get the respect he deserves

Romero is a walking talking concoction of every PED known to man, and a clean Whittaker beat him 2x while injuried both times

Similarly, Connor while injured knocked out a PED tank Mendes
You spend so much time spamming how great your hero is but can't even spell his name right.

TJ, Woodley, DJ, Holloway, Whittaker. Not sure why Woodley wasn't mentioned much.

When has he beaten a legit striker? He has great wins but he bugs how most of them were pretty good stylistic matches for him.
Who was a good matchup for him? Easy to say that now but go back to 2015. And he beat them all while all of his opponents were on a tear.

Because literally every one of them had a grappling base vs Whittaker who is the best defensive wrestler in the division by far. The last time he fought a legit striker was Uriah Hall who is also the UFC's greatest flake and then prior to that Wonderboy and we all saw what happened there.
I don't want to be overly critical of Whittaker but he certainly got lucky when Mousasi left the division and if Adesanya eventually gets a title shot then hes gonna struggle a lot.

Just a reminder that Whittaker is 26 and he lost to Wonderboy in a different weight class nearly 5 years ago. He's still improving. Another reminder, was an underdog in most of those fights.

Champ Champ Hugeballs

Max or Whittaker.
Both guys were on fire beating top opponents and taking the gold.

But Whittaker made GSP run, so he gets the nod!

Thats the point I'm making. He's not been fighting any great strikers in that whole time he's just been taking on guys with a grappling base he can easily counter and outstrike because thats what his base is. Therefore stylistically its been relatively rather easy for him.
Also being an underdog has no relevance to anything, not to mention looking at the betting odds you're wrong as he was only an underdog to Hall and Jacare the rest were either pick ems or he was the favourite.

Since USADA he has wins over

Horcher
Johnson
Barboza
Iaquinta

Meh. And he was inactive for 2 years before his fight against the god in a man's body, Darrell Horcher.

Conor is the Only correct answer

Never failed.

Mendes, Aldo, Nate, Alvarez all under USADA testing

4-1 with 3 belts won under USADA testing (won interim title vs Mendes)
Mendes fight was NSAC not usada

Mendes fight did happen while USADA was in place right? Was it during the transitional period?

USADA program officially began July 1st 2015 but the first three months were largely educational. the only testing they did was the odd bit at press conferences, meetings, and a bunch in september. It was mainly doing gym visits to give educational talks etc (they did the odd bit of testing during the gym visits but that was preplanned)

Athletes didnt fill out wherabouts/location data till September 30th deadline, the first actual out of competition testing started on October 1st.

Testing for 189 was handled by Nevada, but they did for both McGregor and Chad use the wada accredited lab in Salt Lake City.
