July 1st, 2015 being the time USADA's anti-doping program went into effect under the UFC.

Who has the best resume since?

DC because of Jon failing, he literary stole Jon's accomplishments

Max Holloway has seven wins since 2015 including Stephens, Swanson, aldo x2, lamas and Pettis and a current 12 fight win streak. My vote goes to him and hope he recovers from whatever he is suffering from

100% Whittaker has been the best fighter since usada came in.
I was thinking Whittaker all along for the simple fact that he fought Yoel x2.

Lets take a resume look since 2015

Yoel x2
Souza
Brunson
Urijah Hall
Rafael Natal

CM Punk only lost to guys who later went on to fail USADA tests.

Not really, but wouldn't that have been something?

Brunson was one 1st round ko off breaking the record wasn't he and Whittaker KOed him in the first.

Souza only lost up until then in the past few years was Romero?

Romero enough said....TWICE

Does any1 here do draftkings? sherdog has an mma group going and we do a 15 person event every PPV and a 10 person event every regular event. 10 dollar winner take all for 10 person events and top 2 get paid for 15 person events? well anyway we got 13 open spots. any1 want to join?

Conor is the Only correct answer

Never failed.

Mendes, Aldo, Nate, Alvarez all under USADA testing

4-1 with 3 belts won under USADA testing (won interim title vs Mendes)

Not the only answer but a very good one.

It might be Conor or Whittaker.
