What are some of the greatest fights in MMA that never happened?

A lot of potentially great fights between top fighters never end up happening in MMA. What are some fights you wished had been made but never actually happened? For me, the number one "greatest fight to never happen" is Wanderlei Silva vs. Igor Vovchanchyn anytime between 2000 and 2005. Why did Pride never book this? Also Hendo vs. Chuck, Cro Cop vs. Randy, and Ken Shamrock vs Mark Coleman (circa 1996 in the UFC) would have been interesting.
