What are some of the biggest challenges you have faced?

Corneal transplant. I’m waiting on that because the scar tissue left on the eye from the infection and far more serious subsequent inflammation is fading. I want to see how much vision I can get back over the next year or so before I have someone cut out the anterior of my eye to replace it with some dead dude’s.
Best of luck as you heal, my friend. I suffered a minor injury to my retina back during my boxing career & I'll never forget the terror that I felt because losing my sight is my biggest fear. You're a far braver, far tougher guy than I am for dealing with your eye ailments as well as you appear to be. Peace.

This has become a piss-poor forum. The lack of structure has made it bland and worthless for any serious endeavor. It was fun in the beginning, before child-like demeanor became the norm. This board has lost it's value. See ya'll later.
Toodles.

Mine was getting off of crystal meth. Had a 10 year run with it. Used to slam it everyday. Massive unhealthy porn addiction that went with it. Used to disappear for days at a time with my family frantically searching the streets and hotels for me trying to make sure I wasn't dead. Put them through absolute hell. I tried rehab multiple times and it never stuck. Finally I entered a year long psychosis where I heard voices coming to kill me every single day. Most terrifying experience of my life. I went to Spain to get electro-shock therapy which finally got rid of the voices and now I've got 6 months clean and will never go back to that shit. Share on sherbros.
And I thought my life was bad lol

I feel like I’m going through my own rough time at the moment. 26, struggling to get a girlfriend, attempting to fix some personal problems that won’t seem to fix easily and is kind of holding me back in a lot of ways.

At least I have a good career going for me.

Stepping my foot into stockholm

I still have ptsd

lol, i remember visiting stockholm way back in 04', and even then, the, "cultural enrichment" had taken hold. stockholm at night back then looked like nigeria or egypt lol. i can't imagine what stockholm looks like today.

as for my biggest challenge, i used to have a speech impediment as a child. it's pretty tough when you're afraid to open your mouth out of fear of being ridiculed, yet you have to speak to function in the world. anyway, i've long since gotten past that, but it was a very difficult thing to deal with as a kid.

-being prescribed drugs by idiot doctors that weren't suitable for my condition for a long time
-couple of near death experiences
-an event causing a huge decline in cognitive function that took me a long time to recover from
-alcohol withdrawal

Couple other things too. I don't want to get too specific but it's been quite a ride. Not doing too bad atm though.
