The most memorable one for me is the spinning sweep kick Chris Clements used to counter Wonderboy's lead side kick.

Here's a few....

Jones' use of elbows (starting to be emulated nowadays)

Jones' crawling at start of fights

Ramage's head defense/covering up: essentially uses forearms to block + downward/elbow-chopping. Think Tyson used similar in his day. Always loved the technique.

Machida's charges

Benson's toothpick (my only funny)

Cruz's chaos footwork... if you can call it that.

Diaz bro's "Stockton Slap"
