What are some examples of fighter not having a traditional fighter mindset?

On what planet have any successful mma fighters been meatheads?

Colby Covington and Chael Sonnen are acting dummy. The true meathead guys get picked off way before a title shot, usually on the regional circuit, much less achieve any level of sucess.

Tank Abbot was kind of a meathead, but he only ever won individual fights and the guy could wrestle and had real fundamentals.

Go train and get clue
 
Fighter Kevin Lee is not quite rah rah imo.
 
uriah hall, the guy is so nice he actually is visibly upset when he ko's or hurts people.
 
Majority of MMA fighters aren't really street dudes or guys that fought a lot on the streets. There are more guys like a Khabib or Mighty Mouse in MMA then a Warmachine type believe it or not

I’m talking about mindset out of the ring though, he doesn’t like a typical rah rah type fighter but I may be wrong
