What are some Bruce Lee philosophies at work in the modern MMA scene?

Not much as far as technique, but he did make eastern martial arts popular in the west.

That explains why Anderson is always trying to counter then, instead of attacking. He is trying to hard to be Bruce Lee. But I think to find a way to land an effective strike on someone who has really good defence, takes more skill than "the counterattack". To be able to counter a counter.....

Most of these Bruce Lee "philosophies" are just common sense combat sports notions. I guess give him credit for verbalizing them well.
