What are Nate's chances of submitting Conor

Yes dropping your hands and baiting your opponent to engage so you can counter isn't new, but as I said the objective is to get the opponent to miss. I am sure you've heard the saying "make em miss make em pay"

Well instead of making them miss you're eating the shots they are throwing, you're doing it wrong. Conor has a good chin, but his defence isnt his strong suit. He has great offense though, but to suggest he is some Mayweather type defensive specialist he just "choses to be agressive" is just wrong.

Silva was the master at this, his head movement and accuracy were at times phenomenal. You obviously have no idea what youre talking about, andy had an extremely high finishing rate and his movement was excellent, Andy isn't the same guy he was but rewatch some of his old fights to see just how good he was, to suggest he wasnt a phenomenal striker is Ludacris and shows youre ignorence on the topic (i am not a silva fan either)

the best I've seen (as far as I can remember) was Roy Jones in his prime. These fighters both show that being agressive and avoiding absorbing strikes are not mutually exclusive.

Next time try actually learning a few things about the subject before acting like a complete dick about it, there is no need for the attitude. Especially given the laughable crap you posted.

Lol you are clueless.. Im tired of wannabe mma experts in here, u guys are so unknowledgable.

Anderson got KTFO TWICE.. He got nothing on Conor, and he fights nothing like conor. He is a counter-striker waiting for his opponents, in that way you get hit alot less, but has less of a chance winning early, which is what conor does CONSTANTLY.

Deal with realzie punks, you and ur nerd boyfriend jimmy jump can go like each other like 14 year old girls.. Continue... I willl use your responses as entertainment later ;)

Jeez when ppl who dont train talk crap about technique and skill, its getting hilarious.

No i didnt agree, cuz it is hard to hit conor when getting hit in the face, DUMMY. You said conor is easy to hit in generall, which he isnt. Big difference.

Some ppl are easy to hit cuz theyr defence suck, when u say it like that it seems like you are saying conor is easy to hit due to his defence being bad. U understand this right? yeah you do, so dont act liike anything else.

1. You made a shit point, indicating conors defence is bad.
2. Never said he wasnt hard to hit, just that it is easier to get hit when you PRESS the action and moves forward while trying to knock people out, that doesnt mean his defence is bad.
3. Nope, you misunderstand as usual.
4. Go away, you just made a fool out of yourself ya dumb american.

watch from 30 seconds, and realize how DUMB you sound when you say conor is easy to hit.. He dodges 3-4 punches after an attack, moving backwards. Rofl. #schooled

10 second footage of one fight FTW

What do Dane's know about fighting? LOL

Nate has a big advantage on the ground and is pretty capable of getting the fight there. What he chooses to do may not reflect this though.

Nate may not be the most cerebral fighter, but I do think when properly motivated by trash talk or $$$ (Win bonus') he will perform. Look at his dismantling of Cowboy as an example of true beef correlating into a great and well executed gameplan, minus the leg trips Cowboy scored on occasion. With that being said he best chances will come from an early TKD or Guard Jump into a triangle while both men are dry.

Anderson did counter but at times he was also the agressor, since you think watching a few Mcgregor fights more than once makes you an expert I am going to assume you haven't seen them, especially because you think he got KO'd twice.

Oh yeah everyone else on the forum is an amature and youre the only one who knows anything about striking (yet cant name anyone apart from McGregor and even then doesn't understand what he is arguing about)

You could just accept youre wrong, be a man and take this opportunity to actually start learning or you can choose to continue to act like youre some kind of striking Adonis, forever getting upset that you are laughed at whenever you post an opinion.

Although I agree that Nate is 10x the submission artist, he lacks the takedown offense to get the fight there. If I were Nate, I'd pull guard and see if Conor's arrogant enough to follow him to the ground.

If Conor hasn't improved dramatically after the Mendes fight, he might give up after eating nate's elbows on ground

I really don't see this fight going to the ground at any point - Nate is too slow has very slow movement so not the greatest TD's as it is. While he is much better on the ground he won't get the fight there so really cant see him winning a striking match.

Getting ko'd late in your career is nothing to be ashamed of and at this point Anderson's resume is superior. Speed, reflexes and power all fade and what was perfectly acceptable before gets you hurt. Nobody beats the clock.

Both men are elite strikers in a young sport but in absolute terms they're not elite level strikers. There's footage of Anderson trying to box btw. Both have decent power but one is a boxer puncher and the other is a counter fighter.

You're not wrong about Conor taking more risks and catching more but that doesn't make him better than Anderson because it's an apples vs. oranges debate. Yes, I'm American if you're going to respond think of something better than a nationalistic ad hominem attack.

Hopefully Diaz lights conor's face up for a bit before taking him down and submitting him for a shock and awe beatdown display.

Ey dummy, u are putting words in my mouth, blatantly lies and think u did good? Haha shut up you clueless haterboy. You are wrong, so just fucking admit it without talking all kinds of delusional crap. Yeah i do know more than you and this other preteen. I never said i knew more than the whole forum. But its what you do right, jump into discussion and LIE. Now admit it, you were wrong. You and jimmy should start training and not act like you know anything about martial arts, your bias is incredible and your insight and knowledge is cringeworthy. Stop being a jackass and talk about things u actually know anything about. PS: anderson got stopped twice, KO and TKO. Im not wrong you are ;) deal with it.

You are the first one with an intelligent respons in this discussion. Good job. I only talk down to people who deserve it and is talking out of their ass.

He didn't seem to want to talk about it in the press conference, so I imagine he's seeing it as his main chance.

McGregor too didn't want to talk about it, as he awkwardly howled in laughter at Nate's next answer to avoid the conversation going back to ground games.
"imo" don't forget that at the end

Nates gonna pull guard for the triangle sub.
