What are Conor's interviews/press conferences going to sound like this time around?

He probably didn't think of the possibility of actually having to rematch Nate and on top of that, him getting choked TF out will be replayed a thousand times in the buildup so does he have anything left to write on the script this time around?

I BOOSTED YA FACE OOP

YA GOT A GOOD KNOCK

I'LL WIN THIS TIME YEH

Probably something about Nate getting lucky or something stupid like that.

He can say what ever he wants. Nate needs to stay focused and realize Conor will have a different game plan so don't under estimate him but be confident he has and can win again.

McGregor gonna be McGregor and will get smashed again.

He's probably at home right now with a pen and paper writing out his "witty" lines.

Fook you Nate

He can't really say anything else after getting pwnt

Conor can definitely win this fight but he has to have a strategy instead of taken a punch to give a punch, a good solid strategy would be to stick and move and attack the legs like many of the opponents of Nate did and were successful.

I agree, I don't understand what the appeal is behind his trash talk. It's all just corny to me. (ex. Lions and gazelles, gangsters/snitches)

Probably this.
It's the only route I think he can take with his on camera personality.
There isn't much you can really say when you cried Uncle to a fighter in your last fight.

He'll prewrite a bunch of shit as always I'm sure.

I'm sure he does have some pre thought out things to say. But as always, unless he has some mind reading capabilities, how does he know what someone in the media is going to ask him?

I think it's him not taking himself seriously. At the press conference for the dos Anjos fight, with that ridiculous shirt he was wearing, I'd have thought people would have realised or acknowledged he's taking the piss.

It's not like it's Lentz type stuff having poems wrote for him. It rolls off the tongue and whether you find it humourous or not, fair enough. Trust me, anyone from Ireland or the UK would know if it was genuine or not.

It probably seems odd to a lot of Yanks because it's an Irish bloke doing an Americanized version of trash talking, too.

No he literally writes sentences out, rehearses them and then says them literally exactly how he practiced.

Listen here:

4:08

"Cletus or.. y'know... His cousins probably named Cletus or somethin'"

Why would you start off a sentence like that unless it was a rehearsed sentence and you started off in the wrong place then you had to go back and correct yourself. Its so painfully obvious he rehearses lines word for word.

I bet that whole tangent he went on was rehearsed. So were plenty of others. He has at least a few for every presser.

I said he does have some pre thought out stuff before he goes out there.

It almost gets to the point that Conor is copying everyone just by speaking the English language. Or the reason he wears sunglasses, is because he has tiny post-it notes on the shade to remind him of what to say.

People went nuts over the Gazelle line before the Diaz fight. I still don't understand why. It seemed very apparent he was making an analogy.

Copying? I don't think he's copying shit, I just think he rehearses lines word for word and probably writes them down.

Which is corny as fuck, but hey I guess ya'll eat that WWE shit up.
