How old are you now, and what was your best overall “peak year” on a physical, mental, emotional, sexual level ?

I’m 39 and I think 32 was when I peaked.

You mean physically I assume? Hoping to peak late in life with TRT.

Still haven't reached it. Emotionally and mentally we should always be growing. Physically I'm likely past my prime now but in terms of lifting I'm stronger than I ever was.

i just turned 24 last week but 2018 has been my best year yet physically and mentally. i was in a pretty bad depression from like 2014-2016 lost all my real life friends didn't have a job, ate like shit.. i pretty much went AWOL. its good to be my self again. hopefully i can keep the momentum going

27. 40 now and my body has been falling apart for the last 10 years. 3 surgeries and constant chronic tendonitis in all joints except my hip and back oddly enough. It's why I can still deadlift 600 lbs while barely being able to bench an empty bar.

If you need a role model just let me know.

I’m 38 now and feel the exact same way I did in my 20s to be honest. And have a full head black hair

35 33 was probably my peak as i was still lifting and playing hockey till i hurt my shoulder

Wow... same here. I think i peaked at 33. Right before i hurt my shoulder and required extensive surgery on it.

I'm getting back in shape, but i know my strength may never be the same.

I have long suspected I've suffered from low T. Yet at my current age of 31, it feels it's at it's highest.

between 32 and 35

pretty much at 36 is when i felt a decline physically.

I feel like I’m getting better all the time. I’m mid thirties and excited about the future.

Though to be fair, I’ve been at a point where the only way was up more than once.

32

Was in the best shape of my life, became a home owner, had more sex than any other year, best year in sports, found a girl that's worth dating, and finally got my shit together financially.
