Boxers that turned actors don't count. Jake Gyllenhaal had some skills, Carl Weathers looked like he knew what he was doing. I don't know if it's fair to count Mickey Rourke, because he went on to compete professionally.

Marky Mark. Also when Christian Bale threw a few punches in the movie it really looked like a guy who knew how throw a proper punch.

Hillary Swank in Million Dollar Baby was pretty damn good.

Better striking than Ronda.

This is kind of cheating, but it was amazing when Jet Li went full Western Boxing style for a minute (because he had traveled the world) in Fist Of legend, to throw off the Kung Fu fighter

Eddie Murphy in I Spy, but he had the advantage of having boxers in the family.

I thought Mark Marks body shots in the fighter looked completely fake. Mickey Wards body shots were legendaryyyyyyy. Still love the movie

CInderella Man with Russel Crowe is my favorite boxing movie ever besides Rocky 1. I like how he looked in that.

Gylenhall definitely looks like he knows what his doing in the boxing training department though

Underrated movie.

Totally forgot about Creed. Probably some of the best boxing choreography I’ve seen in a movie. It helped that there were many actual boxers in the movie. Loved seeing how Andre Ward was this destroyer who knocked guys out lol. I guess it wouldn’t be as dramatic if his character schooled him and jabbed Creed for 10 rounds.
