What a great card UFC 315 was!

This card was ass. I actually enjoyed the Val fight over the Belal fight.

Grasso/Silva was a snoozer and Shev/Manon wasn’t great but the rest of the card was awesome. Enjoying Jasduvkckuskciuais’s streak she has going.

WAR CANADA

Prelims were good. PPV opened with the crushing of a can. Then there was 40 minutes of awful WMMA and a fun fight between an old legend and a can. The main event was excellent.

We're all leaving happy because Don Giacamo saved the welterweight division. I'm ecstatic about that, but it won't make me forget that the card was largely trash.

BTW Poirierfan, don't take it personally but after starting off the fight impartial I was rooting like crazy for Zahabi at the end. At least you weren't as salty as most about it. (And if you were I don't want to know :p)

JDM vs Belal is literally the FOTY front-runner LOL. This must be bait and I fell for it
Yeah but this year has had terrible fights overall so that isn't saying much.

I watched with the audio on low and wasn't following the commentary. The fight was super boring and it was a low IQ performance by Belal. He should have committed to takedowns more. His striking is poor and only is effective because guys dont want to be taken down. Congrats to JDM, but man I felt Belal looked awkward and slow.

Lots of enjoyable moments on the card, including Aldo's flying knee blitz that borderline took his last breath.

Main event beat all expectations.

On the main card, the only finish was Saint Denis against some no name late replacement. The card was fun, but I wouldn’t call it great.

I wish Shavkat was next (he deserves it), but Islam is already talking like he's next, so.

Btw, what was good about the main event? Any knock downs or anything?
It was just a great highly tense fight. Though the tension won't translate now that you know who won. Best WW title fight, by a long shot, since Colby/Usman I back in 2019.

It was so great I fell asleep twice watching it... lol
