Ive been there three times. Enjoyed myself each time. Huge city but doesn’t feel suffocating on the streets like a NYC..but the traffic is pretty nuts. Cops are pretty much as they are advertised in the states. I usually spend my time near Chapultepec park but I’ve spent some time going around to the non-tourist places but you need locals to be with you in those places. I got in laws there that took me to some real good bars and strip clubs around the city. Not bad at all.

Much better than Acapulco which is half abandoned hotels and armed military trucks roaming the streets. To think that used to be the place to be in the 50’s and 60’s and it was an awesome spot that was just run down. Humid as fuck too.

it's honestly a country until itself. it's surrounded by mountains, thus why the air is so terrible. no place for the smog to exit. to me, it's a city where you really need to know someone who lives there. one block can be mansions and top-of-the-line shops and restaurants. and the following block can be full of homeless people and rampant crime. you have to know your neighborhoods, and when and where to walk around, even during the day.

it's safe if you stay in the touristy areas, but in a place that huge with that many people, you never know.

it is a huge metropolis you can go from 3rd world ghetto to million dollar houses that rival those anywhere on the planet. it also has spectacular museums like museo soumaya, a lot of culture.it is high altitude so that takes like a day to get used to.

Bejing and Shanghai are much bigger. It is the best city in the world imo. Really spread out and never run out of things to do or see.

Actually i live in the biggest city proper in the world. Mexico DF is the largest n the western hemisphere.

Mexico city is dope, but my ex GF (a model) got her leg destroyed iN a car crash there. The other dude was involved in a dog fighting ring and got into a beef with another gambler/hood. It broke out into a car chase betwix the two and in an effort to shake one group this dork ran the red light and smashed into my side pieces car.

Sorry bro that you cant get model level punny.
You sound like the type of guy that robs drug stores to support his wife and baby that live at home with his mom and younger brother who is secretly crushing on his wife.

I'm pretty sure Tokyo is the largest city by population right now (37M). Sermersooq in Greenland is the largest by area.

As far as Mexico City? Hell if I know.

I wanted to go down to Mexico with a coworker a few years ago to party and get pussy but if you get put in jail down there they do not have to let you go and there is nothing the US can do about it. The jails down there are disgusting and the idea of getting caught up for something stupid but not being able to get released in a different Country out weighed the potential great time.
