This morning I've got a sausage eggs and cheese biscuit. Later I'll make a carbonara with thin spaghetti, a Parmesan cheese sauce, crispy bacon and fresh garden tomato and basil. Later - raspberry turnovers.

Drank: piñon coffee. Fresh lime juice. Plenty of cool cool water.
