Just finished making broiled flank steak, broccoli and baby reds. Steak seasoned with salt, pepper and a garlic butter sauce. Potatoes parboiled then tossed in butter before the broiler. Broccoli tossed in evoo, salt , pepper and thyme.

Finished it off with some ice cream and now watching bugs life till the fam passes out then switch to fights and some Rekorderlig peach mango cider
