FightFinder seems much stricter on how they add fights to records. From what I've been told, they do not merely accept information from an organization or another site, but normally they want to have the results verified by a commission/state/government body. So filling in peoples records is pretty difficult if you want to do it on your own. No idea how they get their results out of Russia though.
