When I do ME squats my main supplemental lift is a GM/SLDL variant. If ME is a GM or Deadlift variant what should my main supplemental lift be in that case?

Personally I'm a big fan of BSS (bulgarian split squats) have worked great for me supplementing on deadlift days. However thats not necessarily for everyone so SLDL's, Glute Ham Raise, Reverse Hypers, Zerchers, Pull thru's are all good assistance. Whatever you're fav ham assistance excercises happens to be.

If he's doing WSFSB then he'll have to do a unilateral and a supplemental lift.

I don't like to do BSS's on Deadlift days because a ME on the deadlift can be very taxing and BSS's are taxing in and of themselves. I like to do Reverse Lunges or Step-Ups as my unilateral and either GHR's or DB Hamstring Curls as my supplemental lift.
