Since Offseason is approaching rapidly for me, i'm wondering if this program would be good for making gains? Defranco's training seems to be geared more towards football players, that's why I ask.
 
Well, based on your current strength levels and your training history, I'd say it would be perfect for you.
 
It's not geared towards footballers... Strength training isn't geared towards any sport.
