Middle of the pack C-D grade? Or did you fail?
B average in real classes, A average in liberal art classes.
school and college were frustrating experiences because everything was easy.
like, mind-numbingly easy.
it felt like a betrayal to even try.
I had the second highest grade average of my highschool, so yeah, pretty much.
Yes, Had over a 4.0
In high school, 9th/10th grade were bad, I think one quarter I had a 1.1 GPA. I matured a little going into 11th grade and actually started to make some effort and give a damn. At that point on I was a A/B student.
College: I had a 3.8
Hated for setting reliably the curve of 100%.
I still pronounce it bolth so what do you think?
I was a straight A student up until I was ~16
then I discovered drugs and stopped giving a fuck
Grade 1-8 I was a prodigy.
Grade 9-11 I was middle of the pack.
Grade 12 - University I had straight A's.
Law school I was middle of the pack.
Now I'm a below average lawyer.
As in the last 2 years of university. mainly B+ because i spent more time sleeping in, partying, and chatting up girls at the library.
in high school, i coasted with a B+ because it was not cool to be a nerd. definitely hung out with the wrong crowd.
I was the kind of underachiever the teachers hated.
I got Mostly Bs and Cs but with little to no effort, so could easily have done better if I tried harder.
I was valedictorian of the El Paso Truck Driving School....class of March 1999. So yeah, bigly smart.
Well, we know you didn't get an A in grammar, OP. It's "grade A student".
In HS I did shit and got Bs and Cs. Started actually doing work in college and got As and Bs.
i skipped 8th grade since i was given the option to do so.
i was so bored with school, i stopped doing homework around the 9th grade.
the 11th grade, i basically cut out half the year, and only showed up for tests (all of which i aced much to my teachers chagrin).
i ended up getting thrown out HS my senior year, and went to an experimental night HS a couple years later.
i fucking owned the computer programming classes i took a few years later when i started to look into getting into the IT field, though i don't do computer programming professionally now (decided sitting in front of a computer for 7-12 hours a day coding wasn't my thing).
Not surprising that Sherdog's GPA is a bit like it's bench press. Who'd have thought this place had so many curve setters, people for whom school was laughably easy, and prodigies? I certainly never would have guessed!
Graduated 5 years of high school with a 2.13 GPA. Standard D - C grades. I own my own house (67,000 left to pay currently listed at 180,000) drive a 2016 car (16,000 left to pay) I ditched high school to hit the arcade and get high with friends all the time hence 5 years high school. I have 0 college and a 53k a year job. All pretty average stuff but $0 debt other than the house and car.
All hail mediocrity!
Life is good.
(Yes I'm bragging about my totally average life and I'm very ok with it)
