On the Bisping fight. Werdum thinks "That's his way, he clowns (and so on).....In reality it was a joke. But if he played a little and finished the fight, good. But he clowned too much and lost, so I didn't like it".

Werdum does his share on clowning in the cage....but nowhere near the "Anderson full retard" we've been seeing recently IMO.

I saw Anderson deliver blows no other fighter can, still want to see his fights. As long as those front face kicks, inside face kicks continue to show up in fights among men that size, I hope he does a few more fights. But when Werdum says you clown too much....maybe you clown too much.

I guess Hendo vs Anderson II? Who else can they give him? Even someone like CB is dangerous since he might be able to avoid getting KOed and just outwrestle Anderson. Who knows? I was entertained by the Bisping fight. I think Anderson fights still carry that "something crazy can happen" atmosphere, that it merits taking place. Anderson-Vitor or Anderson-Lyoto are the ones I really want to see.

Sounds fun, but Anderson is too big....that's not a realistic fight. I think Anderson-Lyoto fulfils the questions of a Conor-Silva fight and doesn't expose anybody to long term damage.

I think their antics are different. Werdum has been pulling guard as a career and makes little gestures. Silva puts his chin out to bait opponents: even conor does the same.

I think Werdum referred to the "back against fence and pointless hand movements". That Silva got KOd exposing his chin would happen eventually.

I don't think there is one overarching answer to this. But the back against fence and pointless hand movements was ridiculous. When he charged Bisping he was effective. Maybe that was Werdum's point.
